Obesity is not caused by too much food! Obesity is caused by eating to much GARBAGE that is considered to be food when in reality it is poison. Is anyone obese from eating too many apples or chicken breasts? Of course not. Obesity has skyrocketed in the last 25 years. It’s no coincidence that the intake of sugar and processed “food” has also skyrocketed in that same timeframe. When we live in a time where Poptarts are considerd to be food, obesity is the only possible outcome.

comfort your emotions with running thats what i do then after i run for a few hours im not hungry for a few hours plus i burn lots of calories there 4 hours with no hunger yay then eat a garden salad with a fat free lite vinagrette and throw some carrots on there maybe some tomatoes and no cheese there it is easy actually

if it was as easy as you all suggest everyone would be slim. it is the underlying thought processes that prevent individuals from losing weight. It is not as as to pick up a carrot. I do that too but I also pick up the packet of twinkies and feed my emotions.

Serious solution? Grow a vegie garden and eat seasonaly. Give up soda drinks, alcohol, confectionaries or anything that contains lots of sugar. Cut everything you would normally eat by half and you don’t have to go to the gym to exercise – try riding a bike or walking up hills or swimming.
