When doing the method in which you speak, the water is only traveling approximately 18 inches verses a colonics where the water travels 5 feet (throughout the colon). Don’t feel as if you must have a BM daily with this protocol. Be careful of other methods, they will steal from your adrenals.

When I came across your video, I could only watch about 1/4 of it because it was so boring. I’m sorry to say that, but it was true.
