How would life be better without childhood obesity?

Im writing a paper obviously about childhood obesity. I have it pretty much done but i am just looking for a couple new ideas.

Children would be healthier, not have as many medical problems, etc….

    it wouldnt be a life i wanna live. Without obesity there would be no healthy people. We need to have Obese ccunts alive so some of us can be healthy.
