I need to lose at least 50 pounds fairly quickly. I do a bit of strength training with free weights already, and I don’t eat a lot of food. I don’t want to kill myself, but I do need to lose the weight fast. Anyone have any good suggestions?

    The best way is to swim daily, this will use every muscle in your body, which in turn burns fat. The water will keep you cool.
