and sugar doesn’t do any bad if you are physically active and you don’t eat sugar-rich foods in late evenings. i eat lot of cookies and chocolate, but i do almost every lunchtime 15-45min of hard exercises (because i work near waterside and there are logs and stuff) and sometimes i do workouts in the evening as well. i feel better than ever and my wife has become enjoying workouts and thus i hope we are better role models for our little boy…
